MEDIA RELEASE – Tuesday 4 February 2020
Changes at NZME’s CreateMe
New Zealand Media and Entertainment has made some big changes to its in-house media solutions division, doubling down on its commitment to deliver a world class one stop shop for customers and clients.
Spearheaded by the appointments of the highly regarded Graham Dolan as the multimedia company’s Creative Director, Danielle Tolich as General Manager Commercial Integration and NZME’s Arron Smith to General Manager Creative Strategy - NZME’s CreateMe team is primed to build on its market leading reputation in 2020.
Graham is one of New Zealand’s mostly highly regarded creative directors and joins NZME after 9 years at Ogilvy. Danielle joins NZME from MediaWorks where she was Head of Radio Integration. Danielle’s Commercial team at NZME will drive integrated advertising solutions across our Radio, Print & Digital channels. Leading the Creative Strategy team, Arron is accountable for CreateMe’s audience-led sales approach in collaboration with NZME’s sales teams.
“CreateMe has a unique market-leading position providing our customers with access to all of NZME’s brands and audiences via a single touch point,’ said Head of CreateMe Greg McCrea.
“You only stay a market leader by constantly looking for opportunities to grow and improve. The appointment of Graham, Danielle and Arron into these new roles illustrates NZME’s commitment to deliver world class, audience led solutions to our customers,” said McCrea
With the new leadership appointments, the CreateMe structure has been fine-tuned to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns that advertising partners have come to expect.
“We’ve been playing in a global environment for a while now and most of our clients and customers have experience with some of the big international players. This means we need to be world class in terms of customer experience. We also need to accentuate the benefits of our local insights; our deep understanding of the New Zealand market and our connection to our customers,” said NZME’s Chief Revenue Officer Paul Hancox.
“Danielle and Graham are joining a great team at CreateMe and we’re making sure we have everything lined up so the entire team can go even faster, sharper and smarter for clients as we all launch into 2020 and beyond,” said Hancox.
